FITNESSE BOOTCAMP

 A type of group physical training program conducted by PT Rizal. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The scope of practice for a personal trainer is to enhance the components of fitness for the general, healthy population.

Proper exercise prescription may result in improved body composition, physical performance, heart condition and health outcomes.
